This renovated 1970s residence commands breathtaking 180° Pacific Ocean views from its Pebble Beach perch. Reinforced with steel beams to create dramatic open spaces, the home features European stone slabs hand-selected and book-matched throughout, complemented by integral color stucco and marine-grade steel trim designed for coastal durability.
Luxurious modern amenities include radiant heated floors, Lutron systems, and European kitchen cabinetry. Inside, sculptural elements create sophisticated focal points: a sand-inspired entry table, floating light rings above clean-lined furniture, and custom dining pieces featuring exquisite Italian lighting. The floating staircase leads to an elevated office, while bedrooms and gathering spaces maintain the home’s serene yet invigorating atmosphere.
This marks the third successful collaboration between interior designer Dahli Brant and these clients, executed by architect Sterling Huddleson and Groza Construction to create a retreat where family can gather amid Carmel’s natural splendor.
