Perhaps one visit is all you need, or you may need a few more hours. We can create a small design package for you based on slightly larger time increments - 4, 6, or 8 hours. This program is flexible to allow you to ask questions, go look at stone or tile together, do paint samples on your walls, or select furnishings together.

Best for the home that needs a little or a lot of updating - from just paint and a few new furnishings, to a kitchen or bath remodel, some or all new furniture. We will create a step-by-step plan to achieve your goals.

This will include as needed:

Furniture plans, cabinetry plans with elevations, lighting ideas, presentation and mood boards with furniture & detail photos, stone and tile samples, wood flooring, fabrics and more. 3D drawings available. Bids and budgets as needed. Supervision of phases of installations (from cabinetry to tile and lighting, paint...as needed). Ordering and installation of furnishings. Scheduling.

This can be a little or a lot! We are here for you to accomplish a fabulous finished space that you are excited to call home.

Here's how it works:

This plan satisfies most of our clients. It's a custom plan created to cover all your design needs. It can include some remodeling, paint, flooring, surfaces, and furnishings. We discuss the scope of your project with you and give you options on how we'll proceed and what will be included. We're happy to work with your architect, contractor, or subcontractor, or make recommendations directly to you and work with the elements you love to create a cohesive look throughout your home.

We happily coordinate with you to add to the design ideas and plans, so that when you begin construction, you have everything figured out!

Getting Started

We'll meet in person (or virtually) to review and assess your plans, your property, and your ideas.

This is the fun part! We begin with an in-depth consultation to review your plans, property, and lifestyle requirements, developing sophisticated solutions for complex functional needs from chef's kitchens with dedicated prep spaces to multi-generational living arrangements with separate entertainment areas and anything you dream up, we can design and make it come to life!

Next, we'll meet again to discuss looks, materials, and furnishings, and get your preferences as we review your design direction questionnaire. From there, we create drawings and detail out your home room by room. Progress meetings will occur at key intervals to ensure you're happy and aligned as we finalize specifications like appliance selections, paint colors, furnishings, and lighting.

What's Included

The final presentation includes floor plans, furniture plans, and elevations as needed, material samples, and lighting for all rooms we're detailing.

Complete Room-by-Room Design Includes:

Living Spaces: Material specifications, fireplace, architectural millwork design, and furniture planning.

Kitchen: Complete layout with elevations, cabinetry details, stone and tile selection, fixture and appliance specifications, and hardware selection.

Dining Areas: Lighting design, furniture planning, and textile selection.

Powder Rooms: Custom vanity design, stone specifications, fixture selection, and wall treatment concepts.

Private Offices/Libraries: Lighting design, built-in shelving and storage, and furniture planning for optimal functionality.

Primary Suite: Complete bedroom, bathroom, and closet design including lighting, furniture planning, window treatments, vanity specifications, stone and tile selection, and custom storage solutions.

Secondary Bedrooms: Furniture planning, bathroom specifications, lighting design, and closet organization.

Bunk Room: Layout with materials, colors, bedding ideas, lighting, furniture plans.

Final Presentation:

Comprehensive floor plans, furniture layouts, architectural elevations, curated material samples, and complete lighting specifications for every designed space. Based on the scope and scheduling needs of your design project, we often divide the process into two phases. Phase One focuses on the core design and construction presentation, while Phase Two includes the furnishings program, delivered separately once the foundational plans are complete. This approach works especially well for clients with immediate construction timelines.
